Dental specialists complete two to six extra years of training after dental school and usually work on referral from a general dentist, although most accept patients who call directly. Orthodontists straighten teeth with braces and clear aligners; endodontists handle root canals; periodontists treat gum disease and place implants; oral and maxillofacial surgeons extract wisdom teeth, place implants and do jaw surgery, often under IV sedation; prosthodontists rebuild smiles with crowns, bridges and dentures; denture centers focus on full and partial dentures, relines and repairs. Sedation and hospital dentists serve anxious patients and people with special needs, while TMJ and sleep-apnea dentists make oral appliances for jaw pain and snoring.

Dr. Healy and staff are amazing! Honestly the first provider that I have come across that truly cares past the appt. He has spent so much time with me trying to figure out what is going on with my dental/nerve issues that exceed far beyond his specialty. He has reached out to my other providers to make sure everyone is on the same page and to make sure I am getting good care. I really appreciate all he has done for me!

Dr. Healy and his staff are absolutely AMAZING. When I tell you they go above and beyond that is an understatement. They were able to get my mom in same day and took exceptional care of her. She didn’t feel not one thing and already feels so much better. Georgia the dog is a cute bonus to the office! I would 10000% recommend anyone here because I promise you will not find a better Endodontist that is so sweet, caring, and gentle!

I honestly believe it is Dr. Healey’s life goal to give the best dental experience possible! Having dental anxiety and past medical trauma, complex dental procedures used to be about my worst nightmare. I’ve now had 3 root canals done by Dr. Healey and every single one was an amazing experience. He absolutely ensures you are 100% numb and that you cannot feel ANYTHING through the entire procedure - continuously checking in. I cannot recommend him enough

I’ve now had three root canals here, and my daughter recently needed one as well. Dr. Healy and his team are beyond amazing! If I could give them 20 stars, I absolutely would. They’ve taken care of both my daughter and me with such incredible kindness, comfort, and professionalism. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate this team—they truly make a stressful situation as easy and painless as possible!

Matthew and his entire staff are well educated, kind and very thorough! I came needing a root canal that was tough to complete. Although it took a lot of their time to finish; they kept a positive attitude while keeping me informed in the steps they were doing! They play a really great playlist throughout the procedure which is quite calming! The doctor even sang along! They really make you feel at home here! Plus as an added bonus they have the cutest dog that came up to me while I was waiting! Thank you guys for being so awesome!
